Return Policy:
1. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with all boxes, packing, instructions and warranty cards.
2. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
3. Sorry, NO refunds or exchanges on parts.



Warranty:
1. Any receipts must be present for warranty service.
2. Most manufacturer warranties are now 1 year parts and service.



Service Warranty:
Your unit is guaranteed for ninety days after pick-up. If further troubles occur, we will repair or replace any parts that we used to make the repair, at no charge to you. If the cause of the difficulty is unrelated to the original repair, there may be additional parts and/or labor charges. This warranty does NOT cover incidental, consequential or lightning-induced damages. As the owner or owner's agent, you agree that we may place a repairman's lein against any equipment we have serviced in good faith that is not subsequently paid for, including repairs completed under any manufacturer's or third-party extended warranty.
