If you are looking for a long-standing trusted brand, aesthetically pleasing & modern refrigerator, this is a must purchase. The crushed and/or cubed ice & water option (saves purchasing by bottled water) are so convenient. The shelf flexibility works for our grocery purchases. We like the built in air filter that eliminates odors so we save $ not purchasing baking soda every 3 months.The LED lighting we use inside the fridge makes it easy to locate items. The LED lighting on the side of the door takes the guess work out of when to replace the filters. Modern, reliable, practical are just some of the considerations when purchasing this refrigerator.

I replaced a 25 year old Whirlpool side by side that I liked better. The door hinges On the new refrigerators so big that they make the doors taller than the case. The door on the right bangs open and yes they have adjusted it and it still does it.The black is so shiny it shows smears and scratches Finally at times when you use the door dispenser every word on the display panel lights up.

The refrigerator runs quietly. The lighting inside is superb. The temperatures on each side appear to be maintained exactly as set. I do wish the water dispenser light would automatically turn on when the dispenser is activated. Overall, it is rated outstanding by me.

When our old one gave up the ghost after 15+ years, the " sticker shock" of the new models was a shock.This model was the right fit, the right features, and a good value for the dollar! We are very pleased and like the filter being up high inside instead of literally on the floor of our previous non- Frigidaire model. As a senior citizen, lying on the kitchen floor is NOT a good thing! Lol.

Nice appliance. I wanted a black fridge, 33", with dispenser in door. Not a easy combo/configuration to find. Process to remove shelves to customize space is a little cumbersome. Mechanism to securely insert shelves is odd, weird plastic stop in rear of shelf is hard to secure. Would also be nice if the dispenser had a light sensor to determine when dispenser light is on/off. Runs quietly, you can hear ice being made but not too loud. Overall good product so far.

Are old Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working on a Friday night. We went to Lowe's the next morning and found the perfect refrigerator to fit in a tight spot. The opening with was 36 in and against the wall. This model Frigidaire fit like a glove. And we are very happy we'll see space for the refrigerator and freezer. The ice maker and water dispenser are also working quite a while.

I like my new refrigerator, however I am having a problem with my water dispenser I have called for service three times and the problem is still not fixed in fact they have never called me back. The last person I spoke to said if I didn™™t hear from the repair man within two days they would get me a new refrigerator. Well guess what no repair man and no new refrigerator, I am suppose to get a call tomorrow. We™™ll see. So far I am very disappointed in the service I have received.

This is our 4th Frigidaire side by side and we have 2 stand alone freezers all purchased over a 40 year period. Even though times have changed, each one of the units has worked better then our expectations lasting us at least 20 years ea. In fact, we still use 3 of them daily and we just gave away the one we replaced with our new unit and it was still working just fine. IE: (I..Ole Joe...broke the Ice maker by accident so I had to buy My Beautiful Wife of 45 years a new one ;-))) The new air filter and ice maker works perfectly and they made the ice maker to make smaller lots of ice so that the ice maker will stay fuller longer and use less energy. PS...two things...we would like to give a Thumbs UP to Frigidaire & Home Depot customer service people for being professional and polite through this entire process & You Guessed IT...I'm NO Longer aloud to "Fix" the Refrigerator's Ice Maker...Thanks & God Bless...Ole Joe & WIFE !!

The refrigerator runs mostly silently except with ice dumping and filling actions, which is to be expected. It looks great and has been working perfectly although I'm not a fan of the small ice cubes. For some reason the catch tray below the ice and water paddles always has water in it. Overall, excellent purchase.

The look and use of this appliance fits my needs. My only complaint is that you cannot utilize the top shelf in the fridge portion basically at all. If you put anything up there, everything will freeze including the water filter which will then crack and make a huge water mess. Other than that everything else is perfect and I love the esthetic.

Very happy with new fridge. I would have like a deli drawer but was able to add a drawer. Also, wire racks instead of actual shelves in freezer would have been nice. Otherwise , works great. Ice and water feature work well.

ive recently purchased a side by side frig from frigidaire. here are the issues:1. freezer door is a different shade of black than the frig side door2. depth of inside is too deep--stuff gets lost cause you cant see it--stuff in rear of frig becomes frozen3. noisey ! machine4. black rubber gasket around doors now has a whitish film on it5. air filter is unnecessary--takes up space6. glass shelves have plastic around border--very ! unnessary7. not enough shelves provided--wire shelves in freezer fall out8. any item in rear of frig becomes frozen9. frig side of doors has DENTS from day one---several dents, subtle but visible10. digital temps on inside side of doors change by themselves
